Institute of Hospitality (direct access, not in Discover) 

The Institute of Hospitality is the professional body for managers and aspiring managers working and studying in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry. Please contact us for the institutional username and password which will allow you to log in and register.

LexisLibrary

LexisNexis contains a news database of full-text UK regional, national and broadsheet newspapers.  Coverage goes back as far as January 1982 to the present day for some titles, although this varies by publication.
